Broccoli Mushroom Dip
A classic snacking essential enjoyed by people all over the world, we've reimagined a traditional dip to fit your dietary needs. This recipe livens up hearty broccoli with a creamy base of our delicious chicken and vegetable cream soup. A delicious dip of low calories, and abundant taste, you simply sit back and pair with your choice of raw vegetable (we recommend celery).
- 1 packet Chicken & Vegetable Cream Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup chopped, cooked broccoli
- 2 oz 1% fat cottage cheese
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Cayenne pepper dash
- 2-3 tbsp water
- Combine broccoli, cottage cheese, soup mix and spices in a blender or food processor.
- Blend on medium until smooth.
- If too stiff, add water 1 tbsp at a time to desired consistency.
- Serve with celery sticks.
