A delicious dip of low calories, and abundant taste, you simply sit back and pair with your choice of raw vegetable (we recommend celery).

  1. Combine broccoli, cottage cheese, soup mix and spices in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on medium until smooth.
  3. If too stiff, add water 1 tbsp at a time to desired consistency.
  4. Serve with celery sticks.
