A weight loss friendly take on the classic traditional oriental noodle soup, we've combined an array of deliciously hearty flavors into our soup mix. This coupled with fresh vegetables and authentic spices will create a bowl of soup so delicious and packed with flavor, you won't believe it's only 84 calories a serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Chicken & Vegetable Cream Soup Mix
  • 1/4 cup sliced thin green pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced and quartered zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 ground coriander
  • 2/3 cup boiling water

Directions

  1. Place green pepper, zucchini, and vinegar in a small bowl with 2 tbsp of water.
  2. Microwave 1-1/2-2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the spices and Chicken with Noodles Soup Mix, stir in boiling water.
  4. Combine vegetables with soup, microwave for 30-45 seconds.
  5. Serve.
