Perfect Parfait

A simple and incredibly delicious breakfast, indulgence was never this healthy. With the taste of delectable ice cream, this parfait combines fresh fruit with creamy yogurts and a crunchy protein bar - packing high protein and healthy nutrients, sure to fill you up and make you counting down until your next breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 crunch bar (pick your favorite; Fudge & GrahamCinnamon, or Chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup plain, fat-free yogurt

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain berries and pat dry.
  2. Cut bar in half (save half away for a mid-morning snack). Cut the remaining half into small, bite-size chunks.
  3. Using a glass bowl or cup, place 1/4 of the cup up crunch bar on the bottom and layer 3/4 of the berries on top.
  4. Spoon the yogurt on top of the layers. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 bar on top of the yogurt and garnish with remaining 1/4 of the berries.
